David J. Millikan, O.D.

A native of Newcastle, Indiana, Dr David Millikan attended Ball State University and graduated from Indiana University's School of Optometry in 1996. He is board certified in Indiana for the Treatment and Management of ocular diseases and disorders of the eye. He is a member of the Indiana Optometric Society and is certified by the FDA for Corneal Refractive Therapy.

Beginning in 1996, Dr Millikan practiced family eye care in Columbus, Indiana for ten years, focusing on children's eye exams, injuries, and eye disease. In 2007, Dr Millikan joined the Pediatric Ophthalmology office at the Midwest Eye Institute in Indianapolis in order to work closely with specialists in this field.
